Membership
Membership grants you access to purchase products from our catalog at your tier's discounted rate. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a membership.
Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly on the date of your initial subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Product Purchases
Products are available exclusively to active members. All product sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Supplement products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Refund & Return Policy

Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access through the end of your paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days.
Product Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or call 1 (409) 302-2600 with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Please retain the original packaging and contact support within 7 days of receipt.
Order Cancellations
